Welcome to Campus Board.
This is a platform with the objective to display relevant personalized information into the University of Campinas campus.
Inside of universities exists many sources of information, as emails, web sites, notice boards, etc. They publish information about different subjects as: events, conference, work opportunities, internships, news and so on.
Campus Board
Platform in order to display personalized information to students within the University of Campinas in Public Displays, this platform uses the technology bluetooth form the mobile devices of the students to recognize and create a user profile for each, so each time a student is coming to the display, the information is modified with the most relevant information for the student. In turn, there is a communication between the display and the student, via messages sent through Whatsapp. A student can provide more personal information to the screen by sending a message #cadastrar + full name; or get more information about an event sending #obter + email address. On the other hand, a section of free publication is available, where students can send messages by Whatsapp, and this is immediately posted on the display.
Bluetooth Scanner
Bluetooth Scanner is an Android Application to scan close bluetooth devices and sent the bluetoothID of the closest device to Campus Board.
